Be one of 300.
Free for 3 months. Half off, for life.
Vigil is the independent defense layer for AI. We watch every call, every response, every action. Across every model you use. Three hundred founding seats. You get the product free for 3 months. Then your founding tier locks in. Roughly half what everyone else will pay. Permanent. Never expires.
No charge today. Your serial will be FM-0015. We never sell your data.
Free for 3 months. Half off after.
Founding pricing is locked the day you reserve a serial. Free for 3 months from launch, then your founding tier kicks in. Roughly half what everyone else pays, for the lifetime of the product. Below is the exact tier-by-tier comparison.
Five things, none of which come back after closing.
The 3-month trial and the lifetime founder pricing are the headline. Everything else compounds. The roadmap vote, the Discord, the priority on open roles. These only exist for 300 people.
Free for 3 months. Half off, for life.
You get the product free for 3 months from launch. Then your founding tier locks in. Roughly half what everyone else will pay. Permanent. Never expires. Annual savings range from $120 to $1,200 depending on tier.
Permanent serial number.
FM-0001 through FM-0300. Sequenced by signup time. Yours forever. Shows up on the public wall and inside the product UI. Counters can be faked. Serial numbers cannot.
First in line.
Cross-provider AI defense, two weeks before public launch. Personal onboarding call with the founders. Beta tier access to every new plane (MIRROR, WARDEN, Personal Model) before anyone else.
Vote on the order of the v3 roadmap.
Once a quarter, founding members rank the next set of features inside an already-defined release window. Your votes directly determine what ships first. Not advisory. Binding within the quarter's scope.
A direct line to the team. And a front-row seat when we hire.
Private Discord with Dipendra, Marek, and Tobias. Weekly build updates, ship-day demos, raw decision-making in public. The thirty most active founders also get first look at every open role we post before it goes public, before it reaches recruiters. Not a guarantee of a job. A guarantee of a first look, based on your contribution.
The order matters. You choose it.
Every quarter, the team defines the candidate features for the next release window. Founding members rank them. The top three ship in priority order. Below is what the live vote interface looks like inside the product. Mock, not live.
A room where the founders work, and you watch.
Direct line. No layers.
Private Discord server. Limited to 300 members for the lifetime of the product. The three co-founders are in there every day. Weekly build updates. Raw demos. Decision-making in the open. The room where it happens.
First look. Earned, not given.
Founding members who contribute meaningfully to product feedback get first look at every open role before it is posted publicly. Not a guaranteed offer. A guaranteed window, typically 7 days, to apply before the role hits LinkedIn or external recruiters.
How meaningful contribution is judged: shipping bug reports, voting in the roadmap, posting in the Discord, beta-testing new planes. The thirty most active founders each quarter automatically qualify.
AI providers cannot audit themselves.
A model cannot be the actor and the judge. The independent attestation slot is structurally empty. Not by accident. By design. Every model provider has the same conflict of interest.
Vigil is built to fill the slot. Independent of every model. No provider on the cap table. No conflicts in the data. Five planes of defense. One layer. Cross-provider by mandate.
The first 300 people who sign up are the ones who said yes before the proof was easy. We do not forget that. The price differential is permanent. The room is small for a reason.
Three hundred names, in sequence.
Public on launch day. Names and serial numbers only. Opt-in to show your name. Default is anonymous founder with your serial visible.
Serial numbers are sequential by signup timestamp and cannot be reassigned. The wall is publicly viewable once we reach FM-0050. Until then, only your own serial is visible to you.
The real questions.
Why only 300 seats and not 1,000?
Three reasons. First, a private Discord with three co-founders does not scale past 300. We want a room where you actually know the other founders. Second, a 3-month free trial plus lifetime half-off founding pricing is a significant commitment from us. We can sustain it at 300; at 1,000 we would have to dilute the benefit within 18 months. Third, scarcity is structural. Smaller cohort means your serial number means more.
How does the free-for-3-months and lifetime pricing actually work?
You reserve a serial today for free. At launch, you get the product free for 3 months. Then your founding tier locks in. Roughly half what everyone else will pay. That price never moves. Permanent. Never expires. If we raise public pricing in year two or year five, your founding price stays where you locked it. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the founding price you originally locked. The lock is tied to your serial, not your subscription history.
Is the roadmap vote actually binding?
Yes, within scope. The team defines a candidate set of features for each quarterly release window. Founding members rank them. The top three by vote count ship in that order. The vote does not decide whether to build a feature, only the order within a quarter. Strategic decisions stay with the team. Feature ordering is yours.
What does "priority on open roles" mean concretely?
When a non-executive role opens, founding members in the top 30 contributors (by Discord activity, roadmap participation, beta testing, bug reports) get an email with the job description 7 days before it is posted publicly or sent to external recruiters. You apply if you want to. We review every application. We make no employment guarantees. We do guarantee the window.
Who is building this?
Dipendra Jain (CEO, ex-Skyscanner, founder of three acquired startups), Marek Dawidowicz (CMO, ex-YouTube/Google APAC), Tobias Berger (Head of BD, ex-Google, ex-Expedia). Singapore HQ, Delaware C-Corp. Active a16z conversation. We filed three open standards with NIST.
What if I do not want my name shown?
Default is anonymous. Your serial is public on the wall. Your identity is not. You can opt-in to show an X handle or display name on the wall and change it later. We never publish your email. In the Discord, you use whatever handle you choose; we recommend pseudonymous handles for security-conscious members.
What happens after I reserve a serial?
You get one confirmation email with your serial number and a Discord invite within 60 seconds. You get one weekly build update for the duration of pre-launch. You get one launch-day email when access opens. We will not spam you. If you receive more than one email per week before launch, unsubscribe.
What happens after the 300 seats are filled?
The page converts to a standard launch waitlist. Waitlist signups get public pricing, launch-day access, and no founding benefits. The 300 cap is permanent. We do not reopen the founding list under any conditions, ever.
The slot is empty. By design.
286 seats left. Free for 3 months. Then founding pricing locks in for life. Roughly half public price. Plus a permanent serial, a seat in the Discord, and a vote that ships features.
FM-0015 is next.
